Is it required that you register the domain with InfinitePenguins? Their registration page was down for weeks (just gave PHP errors), and even though it is up today it is extremely slow to load: http://www.infinitepenguins.net/SPF/register.php
Does SPF still work without registration?
That is just a tool used to help keep stats on SPF-enabled domains. Only a very small percentage register there; nobody (except the site owner, and perhaps a few select people) has access to the data, so there is no technical need to register.
