We have been using a fairly extensively customized set of web templates for some time, and recently we finished the corresponding changes to the new templates in 8.10/8.11. There are a couple of things that may not be manageable through template customization, though, or at least it's not obvious to me how to do it:
1) The new templates display either an open envelope for read messages, or a closed envelope for new messages. Apparently the old system also displayed icons for forwarded messages and replied-to messages. Is there any way to show these other icons? 2) I think this is more of a Javascript problem, but I'll throw it in for good measure. Using the default templates, the Help popup works fine. With the customized templates, the Help pops up an "about:blank" box with no contents. The strange thing is that the Help script in the custom templates is identical to the original, and I can even pop up an alert or perform other Javascript when the popup is opened -- but for some reason, the document.write just isn't sending anything to the popup window. Has anyone ever encountered this kind of behavior with document.write? Thanks for any help you can offer.
