...and stop the SMTP and QUEUE MGR services, move the Q.* and D.* files from
the imail\spool folder to a temp folder.  Restart the services t get mail
going again.

Now go thru and take a look at the D files.  If you can identify a common
theme (i.e. search string), delete all messages that are from the spam
campaign (likely all of them).  Move teh remaining Q and D files back into
the IMail spool for processing.
