Actually, I would recommend NOT using the tradtional store-and-forward setup from the KB. Instead, I would schedule our exchange2aliases script (see my sig) to automatically synchronize the Exhange 2003 userbase with an IMail virtual host. If you don't do this, your IMail server will fall prey to dictionary attacks, as it will not have access to the full userbase. With exchange2aliases running, the IMail box will only accept mail for extant addresses in the Exchange organization. All anti-spam and anti-virus options from Ipswitch and third parties will function in this scenario. --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release/ Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange Addresses into IMail Aliases! http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/download/release/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
