I knew that much, I mentioned that the "url's in question are all in
standard <A HREF> Tags" and in the blacklist, and as such should have been
filtered out.  I added the headers to show that Imail never touched the
message.

The URL blacklist doesn't look at the headers (what you sent) only the body
of the message
