If you are using IMail on the secondary all you need to do is set up a dummy domain on the IP address and configure the anti-spam on that IP...Remember, Imail's anti-spam is controlled via the IP address you connect to the machine on not the domain...
That will allow the per-domain settings in IMail v8's anti-spam, but I do not believe that will allow IMail to see the correct IP of the remote mailserver. I believe the issue is that if the MX record points to a gateway server not running IMail, the IMail server will see the IP address of the gateway rather than the IP address of the remote mailserver. As a result, all incoming E-mail coming through the gateway will be treated exactly the same by the IP-based spam tests (such as SPAMCOP).
