I don't blame Len for this behavior... He has been doing this for the 3+ years that I have been on this list. I have tried to inform Len about how his attitude gets in the way of his intelligence, but he never seems to listen to anyone on this list about his arrogance. I have come to the conclusion that Len lacks the ability to admit that anyone may know more than he does about...anything!
Its really a pity because Len does have a lot of good information for a list like this.
