I don't have anything showing up in my event logs. I'm running 2000 server, that's at least one difference, and it could account for logged versus silent failure, although that's a guess. Things seem to be working so far today since I gutted the spool directory. It may actually be the longest it's stayed running in a week. Shouldn't talk too soon, though...
