I upgraded to 8.13 with KillerWeb 4.0 and I'm having the same issue. Fortunately the
subject portion doesn't appear when you hit reply.

Hi -- We use web msging and just upgraded to 8.13. Everything appeared to be fine, but
now when we view our msgs, the Subject appears on the same line as the To. Is there a
template that we need to change to fix this problem?
