Thanks -- yes, I called Ipswitch yesterday about it. Unless it's fixed quickly I suspect that we will end up going back to 8.12 because hitting "Reply All" puts the Subject line into the To line of the reply. Not a good thing. Thanks for the responses, everyone. Heather
