Did you have to change any DCOM permissions or where you able to run your
code without making any changes to remote server or the server you ran your
code on?

The code runs on a tester server with the installed API (DLL's and registry)
and connects
to an different IMail server.
My code logs in to the server and gets some basic informations. This was the
