I have a few users complaining that after they delete mail, some frames in their webmail don't load.
 
One of the users is inhouse so I went over and watched as the button images loaded and then after he passed his mouse over them, they dissappeared.  If he hit refresh at the top of the screen, one or more of his frames produces 'page cannot be displayed' errors.
 
He has SP2, and  if we disable the (now built-in) firewall it seems to help. Any ideas?
 
I too have SP2 and my Windows firewall is active, and I can check mail just fine, I'm guessing there is a setting I'm overlooking.
