I've also come across this problem.  With the Windows XP SP2 Firewall enabled, users 
have intermittent problems loading KillerWebmail images and occasionally get the 
'cannot find server' error in message folders.  I have tried opeing ports as listed in 
this knowledge base article
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980513-ES01.htm 
but this doesn't solve the problem.  Disabling the Firewall is the only solution I 
have so far found.
I would also be interested in anyone who has a solution for this.
