The number 32 usually points to overflowing a 32-byte asciiz string or other fixed-length variable, but, if so, this is happening outside VBScript, as all of the variables in the script are of the VBS variant type. The script was lacking some object housekeeping, so I added a bit and have posted version 0.5.01 to the /Release URL. Download the new one and give it another shot. You also might want to try a left-field tweak: instead of just running 'cscript aliases2ldap. . . ' in your loop, try 'cmd /c cscript aliases2ldap. . . .
