That is BS.  If that were the case they would have added the
collaboration suite to the current offerings and then added an incentive
to purchase the suite.  My guess is that they are on the verge of a
financial disaster and this is their way of trying to swim not sink.  I
think that they have put a lot of money into the development of all the
new add on products over the last two years and they did not get the
traction they were hoping for.  This is a way of forcing the customer
base into subscribing to the new products.
