Just spoke to Ipswitch sales, and though it was a bit of a confused conversation, this was what I was told: New sales and existing customer upgrades before 12/31 are as shown on the web page. Service agreements renewal AFTER the first year (and any extensions) under ICS seem to be: Premium - $4,995/yr; Standard - $2,995/yr; ISP/Ed - $4,995. I really don't understand the last one and think there must be an error. Anyone from Ipswitch want to comment? Either way, quite a jump from the current $495/yr.
