Hello Markus,

My guess would be that no one answered your question because no one had any
additional information, which is the question you asked.

Everyone has a very good reason to be upset about this. IPSwitch is
following the almighty dollar/euro/yen and apparently doesn't care that many
of us don't want all the extras, just a simple, reliable, affordable, email
server. Nothing more.

I have communicated my thoughts to them just like everyone else should.
Granted, the special upgrade price for our needs (250 users) is only $2995
but that is quite a bit more than the service agreement(SA) and requires a
more expensive annual maintenance fee of $2695 as well. We just renewed our
SA this month so are covered at least till 10/05 but if the powers-that-be
want to stay with IPswitch, we will have to cough up another $3000 by the
end of the year, or $5000 by 10/05, and another $2700 in 10/06.

According to the nice lady I spoke with who is having a "So-So" day :o), CDW
is selling the special priced upgrades at a discount but have not updated
their web site yet.

If anyone finds a suitable replacement, please keep this list updated.

Scott, if Computerized Horizons jumps on the bandwagon of another email
server, be sure to let us know.
