Ny other only question is how much for subsequent ICS upgrades and service
agreements. It appears they expect us to just blindly update and find out
later how much further we need to bend over!

Do you mean that WebMail Classic no longer will be available?

We are running a free webmail service with several thousand users. Are we to
pay several thousand $ dollars for something that we will never use or never
get anything back on, returnwise? The least thing they can do, if they do
not change their minds, is to give existing users a much better deal.

2 months to decide/be forced on a big investment is not really an option.

This is really the lowest of all blows that I ever have come across in my
years on the internet.

The Collaboration Suite was first suggested as a small add-on, then as
things took longer and longer to complete I was getting worried that this
might happen.

I also find it really unethical to ask us to pay service agreements for a
full year when knowingly having this up their sleeve, SHAME ON YOU IPSWITCH.

We will also be looking to replace IMail.

I'M shocked and pissed,
Steinar Rasch
