Ny other only question is how much for subsequent ICS upgrades and service agreements. It appears they expect us to just blindly update and find out later how much further we need to bend over!

The Collaboration Suite was first suggested as a small add-on, then as things took longer and longer to complete I was getting worried that this might happen. I also find it really unethical to ask us to pay service agreements for a full year when knowingly having this up their sleeve, SHAME ON YOU IPSWITCH. We will also be looking to replace IMail.
