Ditto … I purchase the SA for the upgrades. I’ve never placed a support call and Bill’s pricing looks reasonable to me.

Personally, I think we've called support three times in 4 years of being a customer because this list provides quicker response. The ONLY reason we have paid for the SA is for upgrades. I think you should continue the at two levels:

 

$495 for software renewals + email support

 

$795 for software renewals and phone support
