I agree this doesn't justify a personal attack on the employees regardless of how it came about BUT come on Joseph. Although Imail *was* affordable for the small to mid-sized company/isp they sure weren't giving it away. There are plenty of other companies and products that profitably target that market. And you're right I don't know the details leading to this decision but I do have enough sense to know that choosing to abandon the core base of your product probably doesn't make great business sense unless you're just trying to capture all the capital you can before dropping the product. Simple fact is they blew it and screwed us in the process.
