Thanks for your answer, I guess I need to look deeper into Message Sniffer to determine exactly what it does and how much it may benefit our humble offerings :)
I am still trying to determine if I want to put some Band-Aids on Imail 8.13 and squeeze it until I am forced to upgrade since we do have several months of SA left. Or just go ahead and do what I think we may need to do later on anyway pending work from Ipswitch on Monday. There is a chance 8.XX will live a very long life, but I am more than a little concerned right now. We are also looking at control consoles thinking that automation may be another key to more revenue. Hence making a wise choice for future email provisioning is very important at this time.
