I have been keeping a log of my phone calls, I have called twice on getting a definite answer on new pricing and needed a quote from them because our budget was already submitted I needed a fax/e-mail quote explaining past and current costs. Have not gotten anything yet. I was told that there is a discount to Government customers also.
