We had LDAP blow up on us today. We called IPswitch support, they're
located about 35 miles North of here, and were told that they would be
available after 10:30... I'm sure there are many companies out there
willing to put out $4,995 to obtain this level of support. We were able to
locate a FAQ that was more or less accurate and were able to set things
right. Sometimes the devil you know is slim comfort...
