I have 2 quick questions:
1. In my spool directory, I have several subdirectories, 2 of which are /virus and /web. I think the /virus sub is for declude and the /web sub is for Imail's webmail app. Is this correct? And can I delete files in these directories if they are more than 1 week old (including the .tmp, .smd files and other attachments)?
2. I have a user that is receiving some bulk mail sent to another user. Their usernames are very close to each other (e.g., nsmith and nsither). Any ideas why?
