Web Messaging cannot compose in HTML although it can render it properly if a message is received in HTML format.(sometimes)
This is documented in the IMAIL KB -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of De Wysockie, Bill Sent: Wednesday, November 03, 2004 4:17 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [IMail Forum] HTML view in Web Messaging? Hi, We are using IMail at our school. We require students to use Web Messaging (we don't have the personnel to support POP clients) and to check it for official correspondence periodically. Several departments would like to send messages in HTML format with images embedded in the body of the message. Does Web Messaging support this? We find that occasionally some images appear; mostly images do not (just the rectangular area marking the position of the image). Does Web Messaging support some image types (e.g., Gif) but not others (e.g., JPEG)? Thanks for any help in this, William De Wysockie [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
