They store ALL data in the file system. (so they told me). This would
make a backup/restore extremely straight forward as all you would have
to do is load the executable on another machine and copy the files
into it. The drawback is the non dbase storage. Not sure if these two
issues could be squared. May take a rewrite of functionality to use
their web services to manipulate user data from external apps instead
of using your own database.

They did tell me also that the entire program can be managed through
web services. That's two huge pluses for me, no command line utilities
and no registry backup/restore.

One drawback is they don't have program aliases but sounds like that
may be coming soon as it's pretty easy functionality.
