I have a number of ASSP installs out there, plus an install at home and at the office. For the price it absolutely cannot be beat!!! It is trouble-free and just plain works. After about 6 months of training we get maybe 2-3 false positives a month and about the same number of spam messages get through. I really don't consider the false positives since they are very spammy to start with (newsletters and such) and the stuff that gets though are constructed so well it is hard to catch them.
So, after weeding out the stuff that anything would consider spam without whitelisting, I've found the thing to be very near 99% accurate in determining what is and isn't spam. And, if you're into doing Perl expressions you can do some pretty fancy stuff with it. I suppose if I wanted to take the time to mess with it I could get the thing pretty close to, if not at, 99.99999% accurate.
