I have been having this issue as well, seems that a few of my white-listed domains are still being filtered by the anti-spam table and Domain Black List.

The subject line contains X-IMail-SPAM-URL-DBL If an address has been added to our trusted sender list, and it sends an email with links and paths to domains that ARE in our URL DBL list, should this message get through?
