I think that is what he's trying to avoid doing as I understood his post.
Perhaps I misunderstood the request, but that is why I indicated that he
lower the amount of time until auto resetting the lockout condition.

Allen,

If the account has been suspended (which is a temporary lockout that will
disappear over time), sign in to webmsg as a host admin,
and select the 'Suspended Accounts' option on the User Administration
screen. Any suspended accounts will be listed here and can be
re-enabled.

If the account has been disabled (which is a permanent lockout due to
repeated suspensions), select the account from the User
Administration page and select 'Modify'. You can then deselect the 'Account
is disabled' option.

If you have any trouble finding these two features, let me know.

Have a good one,
Christian

Hi,

No I am looking for way through the web interface to re-enable a locked out
account. Admin can lock out an account but not remove a too many attempts
lock out.

My accounts are in Registry not active directory. :(

Ttyl,

Allen Armstrong
