Title: Message
This may change the direction of troubleshooting:
Last week she was using a cisco 831 router for her voip phone but now she switched to a linksys befsr41v4 (don't ask me why, my boss's opinion) and now she has this issue.  Linksys was the one to suggest changing mtu sizes.

with the cisco router everything was neat!

Thank you,

Elliott

I realized that is for the web messaging, so the same for imail\spool.

Also, are there any rules doing anything for the account?  Outbound?

Later,

Travis

One of my users can't send messages w/attachments.  She can when the message doesn't have an attachment;  on top of that, she is using a pptp access to our vpn server.

I turned the log feature on in OE with the results below.  Imail's log don't show anything abnormal.

I checked all the settings I know, Pluse I called her router tech support, which they told me to tweak the MTU size.  I did that a few times but no luck.  Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
