Title: Message
I will try this.  It just seems a very isolated issue because the rest of our remote users don't have this problem and the only difference made wsa a router change.

Thanks

Elliott

Delete any old temp files in your imail\spool\web folder and have her re-try.

One of my users can't send messages w/attachments.  She can when the message doesn't have an attachment;  on top of that, she is using a pptp access to our vpn server.

I turned the log feature on in OE with the results below.  Imail's log don't show anything abnormal.

I checked all the settings I know, Pluse I called her router tech support, which they told me to tweak the MTU size.  I did that a few times but no luck.  Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
