there are no objections by others on this list.
I don't want to usurp anyone and create hard feelings because
someone else wanted that role.

As a user of Panda-IMAP I am happy for
https://github.com/nkhorman/panda-imap to become the "official" repository.
One day I might even look into using the new security stuff! :)
