Imap Server Question:
I've got an file with subscribed Mailboxes to answer for an incoming LSUB Command.
RFC3501 say I must not remove an existing mailbox name from the list even if a mailbox
of that name doesn't exist any longer.
When the client deletes a mailbox does the server have to unsubscribe that mailbox from the list?
Do E-Mail Clients send an unsubscribe command before send an delete command?
