There is no reason to emulate IE 11 as IE 10 for all purposes.

I can't scroll the message list by wheel without this patch.

The same problem here, scrolling by the mouse wheel is not
possible in IE11 (Windows 7 Home Premium in VirtualBox).
Apparently mousewheel scrolling is broken in IE11. At a minimum,
Google Maps API doesn't support IE 11 for this reason.
If someone has a workaround *other* than emulating IE 10 behavior,
it would be great to hear it.
And nevermind. This works fine in IE 11 in IMP 6.2.
