Hi.  The translations should be based on your user preferences -- in the way
upper right on any openmrs screen in the 'my profile' section.  If you have
users with different locale settings as their defaults, this would cause
this to happen.  The display names are really just based on
concept.getBestName(locale).

If this doesn't explain what you're seeing let me know.

Also, I've been away for a while, but i'm back in Rwanda and I have a little
bit of time to drive htmlformflowsheet forward again.  Are there other
issues?
