Marcos, Have you traed closing the form and then opening it again? Sometimes that makes an error go away.
Also, are you linking an additional form to the standard patient registration form that comes with XForms? Finally, when you added the patient attributes to the OpenMRS instance, then went into the patient form, did you hit refresh to load them?
