I closed and opened the form several times, usually it involved: closing it, go check the Patient Attributes page of the Admin Page to see if everything was OK, then back to the Patient XForm, refresh the form (not from the browser, but with the refresh button of the designer)... just to get that error again. I'm not linking another form to it, I was even unaware one could do that.
