Hi Ben, Thanks for getting back to me. We definitely need this module!
Unfortunately my technical skills are not good enough to do the module programming, but I will talk to Adam to see if he has time to pitch in. He has done some work on programming of modules in the past. Also, I am more than happy to create documentation and guides! Terry, we normally have gravida and parity in all of our forms. I was just trying to show a simple example so that I could get the hang of how to work the module. The real form I want to input has about 100 data points. Thanks and Ben, I will get back to you on Adam's response. But if anyone else is willing to help, it would be really appreciated!
