Hi Ben,

Thanks for getting back to me. We definitely need this module!

Unfortunately my technical skills are not good enough to do the module
programming, but I will talk to Adam to see if he has time to pitch
in. He has done some work on programming of modules in the past. Also,
I am more than happy to create documentation and guides!

Terry, we normally have gravida and parity in all of our forms. I was
just trying to show a simple example so that I could get the hang of
how to work the module. The real form I want to input has about 100
data points.

Thanks and Ben, I will get back to you on Adam's response. But if
anyone else is willing to help, it would be really appreciated!

Evelyn
