Thank you Ben and Misha!

I will try using these answers to move forward. I haven't made any progress
since my first email. I will let you know if I have more questions and if I
can get it to work, then I will add more instruction to the current
documentation.

However, just to make sure I understood what Misha was saying; So the
speadsheet import module can only create new patients and add in data. It
can not add data to an existing patient. Is that correct?
