I'm using the Xforms module to create patient, and I've created a patient form additional to the standard one which adds appointment date and time. What I'm seeing is that when I submit the form, the time that is saved is 3 hours earlier than the one I wrote. So if I wrote 11:00 AM, when I go back to see the encounter it says 8:00 AM, or if I had 9:30 AM it says 6:30 AM.
However, if I then edit the encounter, it saves the correct time. My server has the correct date and the timezone ART (Argentina, Buenos Aires), I'm running Xforms. 4.0.6 on OpenMRS 1.6.3.
