Sure, I'll send them in an hour or so, but I wanted to update that what I found was that it was saving the time correctly (though in the timezone GMT instead of the one on the system), what happens is that if you then go to modify with xforms it shows you the time with 3 hours less. If instead I don't have xforms to view encounters, the standard OpenMRS viewer shows the right time.
