Mohamed,

If your database is corrupted, and you want to start from scratch, you
don't actually have to reinstall the OpenMRS WAR in tomcat.

If you delete the openmrs-runtime.properties file that your installation is
using, then the setup wizard will be run again, and you can create a new
database.
