Michael,

I can't replicate the list field problem, although I did notice that if you
create a list field, and click "Click Lines to Toggle Hilite" in the
Properties palette, then click "off" of the field (click on the card), then
click back "on" the field so the Properties palette updates, you see that
Rev has also checked the "Hilite Multiple Lines" and "Non-Contiguous
Hilites" checkboxes. Either (a) this is a mistake, and they shouldn't have
been checked on, or (b) they should have been automatically checked on when
the "Click Lines To Toggle Hilite" property was turned on so I could turn
them off if I didn't want them.
