The same for me. It never generates a Dr watson error. it will either stop
responding, or sometimes under NT memory useage I will see Smtprcv has grown
to over 5 meg in size.
I use Service starter, but it does not always work. If Smtprcv is shown
working on the nT service manager window, you cannot expect a 2nd program to
be smart enough to know, it is enabled, but not working.
