Thank you to everyone: Autopass is finally working. I tried the exception
list in TF and it continues to trash some of the messages to a customer of
mine. I put the return email address and even the server IP in the TF
exception list to no avail.
The 2nd customer continues to type all in upper case text. When people reply
to him, then TF trashes the message because of the upper case text. He
writes to various companies on a random basis, so I cannot just put a return
address into the exception list, because it is always changing.
I do not want to completly disable upper case text filter in TF just for one
customer.
you might gently explain to him that the internet at large considers all
uppercase
text to be yelling, and that many many people will trash his e mail without
reading
it because of that, and the new technology coming down the way for
combatting spam
will most likely tag it as spam, so it's in his best interest not to do it.
there are much better ways to make his text readable if he's got poor vision,
and if you spin it right it'll make you look good.
