That's a "feature" of the Windows domain resolution calls. It's difficult to
turn it off, and I suppose the IMS programmers didn't do it (depends on
which calls they used). I wasted quite a bit of time getting rid of it in
the new Trash Finder (it made all unknown domains look like they belonged to
our site, which wasn't quite the information I was trying to get!).
