For some unfortunate reason, SMTPRcv is stopping for no reason
intermittently. It has been running without this happening for at least 3 years,
and why it has started now is beyond me.
I'm going to use the KeepAlive batch file, but was wondering if it's OK
to use the net start command if the service is already running. The problem is
that I'm not getting any Dr. Watson errors. The service just stops, so I
was thinking of trying to start it every 5 minutes. Does that sound
OK?
