Hi surya, As per my understanding, whenever you access your network configuration pane the error pop ups "YOUR NETWORK SETTINGS HAVE BEEN CHANGED BY ANOTHER APPLICATION". The issue is related to the OS. You have to delete the Plist of system configuration file in system library. This will solve your issue. If is not happening ,rename your system library as old.
