Search Google for Hindi Fonts to Unicode converter and you’d find many sites and some softwares too that do this. What’s important is different services work with different fonts. So if you have say a hindi font named “Kruti” you’d need to find the appropriate service for that font. It’s a little tedious I know but in the long run, not using fonts at all is the best option for compatibility everywhere.
