Hi Eric,

If you want to host on www.eclipse.org <http://www.eclipse.org/>, your options 
are restricted. You can use plain HTML/JavaScript as well as PHP but no 
database. 

You can also use Hugo. The Eclipse Webmaster team have it in use.
